For original church building, would have to be replaced when mechanical units are replaced (note: classrooms A, B, C, Dishwasher room, and Nancy’s office have been replaced ~6 years ago)
There are some areas that are deteriorating and prior fixes are not holding up. Stucco repairs can be done in stages
4 new units and ductwork needed to service the original church building. The new units will be more efficient. Existing units are 17 years old. (Note: The units over the classrooms have been replaced ~3 years ago)
Has been resurfaced but now needs total replacement.
Flooring replacement because of stained, fraying carpet in areas. Also, concrete repairs under flooring needed (cracks and bumps)
